We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Trainee Air Conditioning Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to learn, develop new skills, and build a career in the industry.

📍 Location: Based in Gravesend (must be local or able to meet for early morning starts in London)

💼 Position: Trainee / Improver – Air Conditioning

🛠 Experience: Not required – full training provided

Key Requirements:

CSCS card (essential)
Basic knowledge of hand tools
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
Punctual, reliable, and hardworking
Own transport is an advantage but not essential if local
