Register For A Government Gateway ID
Do you have a Government Gateway ID for your business? If not, you’ll need to register a Government Gateway ID before signing up for an employer Universal Jobmatch account. Find out how to register a Government Gateway ID here: www.gateway.gov.uk/. Register as an organisation, you won’t be able to create an employer Universal Jobmatch account with a personal Government Gateway account.
When you’ve registered for an organisation Government Gateway ID, go to the Universal Jobmatch account registration page: https://jobvacancies.businesslink.gov.uk/IndexDwp.aspx and click the register button.
Step 1: Submit Your Business Information
You’ll need to provide a valid business email address, your company name and business postcode to start creating your account.
Step 2: Check Your Email
Having entered your email address, company name and business postcode, click the “submit” button. Login to the email account you registered with, you will have received an “Welcome To Universal Jobmatch” email. You have 24 hours to click the create account button in the email and continue registering your business Universal Jobmatch account. When you’ve received the email, click continue and move onto step 2 of the registration process.
Step 3: Create Your Universal Jobmatch Company Account
Complete your account, user and company information to create your Universal Jombatch Company account.
Step 4: Government Gateway Account
Make a note of your Univeral Jobmatch employer reference and log in to your Government Gateway account. The Government Gateway account must be your organiation account and not a personal account.
