Role: Sales Executive

The Role
We are looking for a passionate Sales Executive to join our sales team. You will be responsible for growing all aspects of the retention performance through being at the heart of all sales and service enquiries, being involved early with all our customers and taking the lead in all areas of customer retention. You must do so with integrity and above all treating customers fairly.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform general prospecting
- Follow up all sales leads for new prospects
- Cold calling and lead generation
- You will be able to take ownership of your role, with strong attention to detail and an ability to multitask and find innovative solutions to difficult problems
- You will have strong written and verbal communication skills with the capability to adapt your style to multiple audiences
- You will be able to deliver the highest levels of customer service, while always keeping one eye on the commercial success of the business
Person specification:
- At least 2 years’ track record of inside sales, ideally in a software or in a consultative role.
- High degree of self-motivation and ambition
- Ability to structure and deliver a sound sales pitch
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs
