The Role

We are currently recruiting for ambitious, resilient and motivated individuals to join our Real Staffing brand in London. You will be working among award winning teams and Consultants to help the growth of the team and for you to excel your career.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be part of the team responsible for hiring all new employees. You’ll have exposure to all departments and will work closely with the most senior people in the company to make sure their hiring requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing a consistently high level of service to all clients, responding with urgency and highly suitable candidates
  • Sourcing suitable candidates, briefing them properly on available opportunities and managing the interview and placement process for them
  • Effectively negotiating all aspects of the offer process, ensuring contracts are in place
  • Representing the company at relevant industry events, whether in person or virtually
  • Always providing a professional customer focused service, working effectively with team members to ensure the company’s professional reputation is maintained and enhanced
  • Achieve KPIs, including opening new clients, picking up requirements, securing interviews and placements
  • Develop effective client relationships so we become the provider of choice

Person specification:

  • A strong and proven track record in recruitment, networking and client development abilities
  • Good record in achievements, be it personal or academic goals
  • Effectively prioritising within what is sometimes a rapidly changing environment
  • A resilient results-focused mentality, demonstrating tenacity and perseverance
  • Enjoys working in a competitive environment and has desire to succeed
  • Goes the extra mile when trying to fill positions for clients, always has another candidate lined up in case the first one fails
