Role: Personal Assistant

The Role
We’re looking for a proactive, diligent and bright PA who is happy to do a broad, varied admin role with some interesting projects whilst performing the day to day task of supporting the Commercial and Technology Directors
The environment is exciting and fast paced, you will need to be conscientious, hardworking and committed, with superb organisational skills, good time management and the initiative to problem solve where necessary.
Key responsibilities:
- Responding accurately and appropriately to internal and external information requests
- Managing diaries and scheduling meetings and calls
- Processing and ensuring payment of external counsel invoices
- Arranging travel, visas, itineraries, and accommodation
- Managing expense claims and raising POs
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Assisting with other ad-hoc administration and project requirements, as needed
Person specification:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- The ability to manage multiple and complex relationships across all levels of the organisation
- MS Office and English proficiency
- High level of confidentiality and initiative required; discretion is essential, team player with can do attitude
