The Role
We are looking for a mature and proactive housekeeper / Nanny with good attention to detail. The candidate will focus on housekeeping and maintaining an exceptionally clean and tidy environment throughout the week.
You will be responsible to give the utmost level of care and support, constantly encouraging learning and development. An understanding and qualification in Early Years development is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help older children wash up and take baths
- Schedule nap times
- Teach children appropriate social behaviors, such as being respectful to each other and helping out with chores
- Transport children to and from school and extracurricular activities
- Tidy up play areas and children’s rooms
- Assist young students with homework
- Ensure children’s safety during indoors and outdoors activities
Person specification:
- Experience of working with children of similar age
- Good nanny experience or qualifications
- Team player
- Someone who likes to keep active – swimming with the children when on holiday is essential
- Flexible on travelling with the family abroad – Usually most school holidays and during the summers
- Flexibility on occasional weekend work

- Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Open to change
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Active listening skills
- Ability to understand people’s reactions
