Role: Marketing Assistant

The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working individual to join their Marketing team. You need to be organised and a multi-tasker, who has good attention to detail and great communication skills to deal with estate & letting agent customers, marketing agencies and a wide range of suppliers and partners.
As a marketing executive, you will support the other team members in the delivery of the marketing plan across multiple channels. You will be required to co-operate and communicate effectively with all other teams across the business, including PR, Sales & IT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing marketing campaigns and content
- Working with data frequently
- Creating and delivering emails, web and social content
- Coordinate traffic and sales reporting for all online marketing activities using a variety of reporting tools
- Support search engine marketing activities, both in terms of maintenance and analysis
- Managing data lists for email and direct marketing campaigns ensuring compliance
- Maintaining and updating the content on our website according to requirements
- Undertaking research and approaches for new sectors, activities and campaigns that could generate income
- General marketing support, customer service and administration tasks
Person specification:
- Highly commercially aware, with creative flair and love of the luxury fashion industry
- Customer focused, with the ability to think globally
- Highly computer literate, preferably with knowledge of retail back office systems
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability and confidence to liaise at all levels
- Flexible, proactive and open to change
- A keen sense of personal style
Desirable skills / expertise:
- 1-2 years relevant Marketing experience in a digitally focused organisation
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organisational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to manage multiple work streams and cope with routine tasks while working to deadlines
- Excellent levels of competency using Excel and Powerpoint
- Experience with WordPress would be beneficial
- Experience with Google Analytics (or other analytics package) and website metrics
- Used email broadcast platform to build email campaigns and has some html experience
