The Role
You would be responsible for meeting the support requirements of our clients, in a way that respects the individual and promotes their independence. You would be expected to travel to the client’s home and assist them with daily tasks.
The type of support that you would be providing is no different to what would reasonably be given by a member of the person’s family. For instance, you may be providing help with bathing and dressing or domestic support.

Role: HR Manager

The Role
We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the HR department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide advice and assistance to UK, IE & US employees and managers for all employment related queries, with reference to, and interpretation of, local legislation, the employee handbooks and policies.
- Partner with business and HR stakeholders to provide support across all aspects of HR Operations to ensure that business needs can be met whilst remaining legally compliant, and operating in line with best practice guidelines
- Lead Employee Relations cases including redundancies, negotiations and consultations
- Provide advice to colleagues Globally on UK, IE and US Employment law
- Lead on performance related matters and investigations including grievances, performance improvement plans and disciplinaries
- Manage extended sick leave cases, liaise with occupational health providers for advice, review recommendations and discuss course of action with line managers and employees
- Monitor and review HR policies and processes to ensure they are locally compliant. Maintain accurate and up to date documentation for processes and working practices
- Escalation point for local pensions & benefits matters
- Support executive level appointments and onboarding
Person specification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- A minimum of three years of human resource management experience preferred
- Experience in Labor Relations and Employee Relations

- A strong customer service mindset when dealing with both internal and external stakeholders
