Role: Front of House Manager

The Role
We are looking for a trustworthy, well-presented Front of House Manager to supplement our existing team, someone that will be fully responsible for the day-to-day running & control, ensuring the highest of customer service.
As Front of House Manager you will engage with our customers on how we can enhance our services and feedback to the respective business areas. You’ll support the Front of House Manager’s activities and lead by example to deliver excellence at all times.
Key responsibilities:
- You’ll be totally focused on creating a positive environment for our guests, encouraging them to explore the menu and try new things
- You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment, serving hundreds of guests every day
- You’ll help to ensure the restaurant is always welcoming, inviting to our guests by maintaining your section to the highest standard and following our health & safety procedures
- You’ll be working as part of a brilliant team! We’ll give you loads of support during your induction, then you’ll offer support to others once you’re confident in your role
Person specification:
- At least six months supervisory experience
- Hospitality, leisure or retail experience
- High standards of personal hygiene and personal appearances
- Ability to be on feet for several hours at a time
- Flexible in terms of working hours
- Passion and enthusiasm for the hospitality sector
- Cellar management experience is advantageous, not essential
