The Role
Be at the heart of shaping and delivering one of the world’s most exciting technology brands. The Creative Director, will provide inspiration, leadership and feedback on campaign activity with an impressive set of capabilities across; ideation, design, copy, motion graphics and video. The leadership of this multidisciplinary team requires a human touch and a relentless desire to improve the work at every iteration.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the creative experience in social media channels, leading the development process from ideation through execution and translating brand and channel strategies into engaging, breakthrough concepts across social platforms.
- Lead the integration of campaign creative across all social channels, working with the Executive Editor to ensure the commercial and creative potential in launch and campaign work is maximized socially.
- Drive the brand narrative and communications objectives across all social platforms
- Ensure social creative is aligned on audience and platform(s) to achieve business objectives, using an insights-led approach
- Leverage creative partnerships across social platforms to drive innovation
Person specification:
- Experience in creative/content for digital channels
- Experience in leading social media creative strategy and/or creative
- Online portfolio of demonstrated work in the social media space
- Experience in visual and/or copy development and production preferred
- Demonstrated expert level knowledge of content across social platforms and how social media fits within a larger marketing ecosystem

- Ability to deliver impactful creative across both above and below the line
- A strong sense of beauty in maintaining brand standards, voice and direction
- Ability to craft and present integrated campaign narratives
- Fantastic people leadership skills – including a strong sense of fostering creative culture, people and team
- Able to set the pace and standards high ensuring outstanding creative work is delivered
