Due to the current situation RBS are receiving an unprecedented amount of inbound calls to our debt management area of the business. This role is a first line customer service role in which you will receive calls from the public to discuss their debt management options.
There will be 8 weeks of training provided (fully paid)
This is a full-time position – 35 hours a week on a shift pattern to cover 8:00am – 8:00pm Monday – Saturday.
