Part time Administrative Assistance required
22.2 hours per week
Family run business require someone who can assist with the everyday administrative duties as part of a small team.
Duties include :
Monitoring incoming emails
Taking incoming calls
Liaising with contractors
monitoring and recording the progress of job sheets
Liaising with insurance companies in the event of a claim
Arranging meetings and compiling supporting paperwork.
We require someone who is:
Confident and will use their own initiative when needed.
Have good communication skills
A quick learner who will be willing to learn a new computer software system
Good organisational skills.
Have at least 2 years experience with various office duties.
