The ideal candidate will be an individual who can embrace the core values of the charity whilst successfully driving forward the delivery of targets and outcomes within the day to day running of the service.

You will be required to have considerable managerial experience, ideally working within the adult social care sector (or equivalent) and have a proven track record of delivering outcomes to a high standard. You will have strong people management skills, the ability to develop trusting relationships with stakeholders and confident handling programmes of change and development.

It is vital that the successful candidate is able to demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills and are passionate about driving forward a Person Centred Care approach working as part of a team.

You will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check for this role.
