This role is for candidates who are interested in day and evening work. This involves working from 07:00 am to 15:00 pm / 15:00 pm to 22:00 pm.

Role – Support worker/Home carer/Care Assistant
Location – Kenilworth, Warwickshire
Salary – Up to £10.00 per hour depending on experience & age.
Esteemed Life Care are seeking caring, compassionate, energetic, motivated care assistant to join our team providing individual support to our customers within their own home . We would welcome people who would like to begin or continue their career in care as a care assistant. Duties could include all elements of personal care to 1-1 companionship. In return we will offer:-

-As a care assistant, you will have Alternate weekends off.
-Working over 7 days and the requirement of working some weekends/evenings and bank holidays.
-Enhanced pay for bank holidays
-Development program in order to progress within the company.

Successful applicant will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check, the cost will be met by the applicant and repaid by us after 1 year’s service. Applicant must hold a full UK driving license and have access to a vehicle. Experience would be an advantage but don’t worry if you have never worked in care before, we will provide you with all the training and support that you will need in order to provide high quality, person-centered service that Esteemed Life Care care is well known for.
