Jobcentre appointments are cancelled for three months due to Coronavirus. You will continue to receive benefits but will no longer need to attend face-to-face meetings.
Benefits claims, applications and benefits management procedures will continue as normal. But you’ll no longer be required to attend any meetings in person. The three month cancellation may be increased in required.
Make, Change or Cancel A Jobcentre Appointment
There are two sets of phone numbers for changing and cancelling Jobcentre appointments. One for Universal Credit appointments, and one for all other Jobcentre appointments.
