Yard Team Leader wanted, to join our client in Gloucester. Experience in Team Management is required.

As a Yard Team Leader, you will be responsible for delivering daily task by the team whilst accommodating request, accordingly, ensuring no disruption to workflow. Reviewing the quality and efficiency of work and liaising with production department to ensure all vehicles are allocated on time and in the right area.

Daily tasks may involve:
• Communicating effectively with other departments
• Maximising the utilisation of all staff
• Promoting excellent levels of Customer Service at all times
• Maintaining cleanliness of site
• Arranging regular physical audits and checks of assets
• Receiving and verifying fuel deliveries as appropriate
