Sous Event and Banqueting Chef Job in Chigwell, Essex at Woolston Manor

Essex, Full Time *Subject To Experience

We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef whom has experience with banqueting and event catering.  They will be working alongside the team to ensure the food delivered is of a high standard and that it is delivered on time.

We cater for a variety of weddings and functions as well as our day to day menus.

We are open 7 days a week, 365 days of the year.

As Sous Chef, we would expect you to have;

· Great leadership skills and a flair for team motivation

· Genuine passion for preparing, cooking, and serving food.

· To have experience working at Sous Chef level within Events & Catering

· Ensure that our fresh food is delivered with pride.

· A proactive approach to your work

· Ability to work well under pressure.

· Work with integrity and passion and have incredibly high standards.

· Be flexible – able to attend various shift patterns.

· Great communication skills
