Terminator Pest Control Ltd are looking to add to our office team. Previous office/admin experience is desirable, however full training will be provided to the right candidate.

Responsibilities include:-

  • Taking enquiries from customers over the phone and via email
  • Booking customer appointments, arranging site visit
  • Assisting with accounts – taking payments over the phone
  • Creating customer reports and quotations
  • Filing customer documents

Skills required:-

  • Have proven experience as an administrator
  • Have a confident and enthusiastic telephone manner
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Organisation is key!
  • Experienced and competent in all standard Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Happy to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
