Shining Panda’s Nursery are looking for a Early Years Practitioner who shares our commitment and passion to deliver excellence within our small family run setting.

A vacancy has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated person with a dynamic and inspirational personality to help take our nursery to even greater heights.

Term Time Only – 39 weeks per year: Monday to Friday 35.5 hours per week.

8.15am till 3.15pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday,

8.15am till 3.30pm Wednesday and Friday to help with pack up of the setting.

Are you ready to take the next step in your career or do you have previous experience of working with an Early Years Setting?

The successful candidate needs to be experienced in an Early Years Setting, hold a (minimum) full and relevant level 3 qualification in childcare, be fun, caring, and confident educator with exciting ideas to help drive practice forward across the setting alongside our highly motivated and professional team. It is crucial that you are able to develop working relationships with children, staff, parents, and carers.

Do you have high expectations of yourself and others, are you experienced at implementing the EYFS and have the ability to make your environment a beautiful, safe, and magical place for our children?

To ensure the provision meets a caring, safe, secure, and stimulating environment, meeting all Ofsted requirements, and to work in line with all the settings policies and procedures.

To work as part as the panda’s team, to be a key worker for a small amount of children.
