Saxty Engineering are manufacturers and installers of Ventilation and Extraction systems. Due to expansion we are looking for a Service Manager to join our team. Working Monday – Friday 08.00 to 17.00 at the office based in Perranporth. This is a fulltime, permanent position with 28 days holiday including a Christmas shutdown. Company work place pension, company vehicle and phone provided.

Applicants must have good telephone manner, be able to work as part of a team, be punctual and well presented. We are looking for an organised, motivate, keen to learn individual with good computer and English skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word a bonus. Industry knowledge of Ventilation systems or engineering would be a bonus but not essential but you must be aware that this is a hands on job assisting deliveries into the workshop.

Your day to day duties include opening and locking of the office. Managing and organising the Fitters and Fabricators. scheduling works alongside the sales team, ordering of parts/materials and liaising with suppliers, answering phones and dealing with customer queries etc.
