Telesales customer support agent guide and assist customer through every step of thee sales and order processes, and help resolve issues or concerns that customers may have. Other duties and responsibilities of a telesales customer support agent may include.
- Answering and making telephone calls to customers about orders or specific account enquires or issues.
- Prospecting for new customer accounts and business
- Managing and updating customers of offers and promotions opportunities
- Updating customer records with new contact details and notes on support interactions
- Referring complex issues to the support manager
- Performing Data entry duties
- Tracking orders and investigating delivery delays for customers waiting on products
- Support and work closely with all departments
- Liaise with all departments and seek advice guidance for product alternatives where applicable
- Advise Buying department of any product issues and or customer specific request
- Support and assist checkouts when required
- Assist team with general daily task and duties.
