Would you like to join a fast paced, upbeat manufacturing team as their new Sales Administrator?
We are recruiting this role as a ‘Three Month Fixed Term Contract’ if successful in the initial trial; the position will turn into a permanent opportunity.
You will join an organisation in the manufacturing industry currently going through a period of growth. Previous Administration experience is essential and we are seeking someone upbeat, positive and outgoing!
▶︎ Key Responsibilities:
•Getting involved with morning meetings to set up the day.
•Assisting the Sales & Customer Service team with various duties such as processing orders, stock updating, and general customer queries.
•Using and updating the in-house CRM system.
•Providing daily support to the customer service team and management.
•Dealing with client queries and quotes efficiently.
▶︎ Experience, attributes & skills sought:
•Excellent attention to detail.
•IT literate with MS Office including Excel, Word & Outlook.
•We are looking for a team player, used to working under pressure and to time frames.
