Property Maintenance Job in Durham, County Durham at FiftyTwo Group

We are looking for an immediate start in a fantastic, well-established company in the heart of Durham. The apprentice candidate must be from the ages of 16-21 and not in full-time education.

Entry Criteria:
A grade 3 in GCSE maths and English, or Level 1 Functional Skills.
You will work towards Level 2 Functional Skills maths and English whilst on programme.

Job Description:
The successful applicant will be working under a team who will help develop their skills in all areas of property management including, maintenance, building management, customer relations, and administrative roles.
