Previous key account management or customer service experience is essential ideally within a commercial business environment.
▶︎ Key Responsibilities:
As the Key Account Manager, you will work in a team of six Account Managers and one team leader, representing the company as their Brand Ambassador.
You will be responsible for supporting customers with enquires, providing them with training on the product range and support daily.
You will have the opportunity to attend trade shows & conferences to network with customers, learn about new products and represent the business.
Providing occasional support to customers on-site at their business premises – giving you time to get out of the office and get to know them well.
You will have some one-hour slots throughout the day, booked to support clients with some basic training on the product ranges.
General administration tasks daily using MS Office and Outlook.
