We are now looking to appoint 7 new people as a Customer Service Patient Coordinator. This is such an exciting opportunity that will see you supporting our services users by guiding them throughout their journey on lifestyle intervention programmes.

Our client is an accomplished organisation dedicated to making the UK’s local and workplace communities healthier. They have been selected to deliver the NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme (NDPP) across the UK. NHS England, Public Health England and Diabetes UK have committed to improving efforts to prevent diabetes. This collaborative programme aims to help 5 million people who are at risk of the disease. The programme comprises of physical activity and dietary components, underpinned by behaviour change techniques. Your contribution will be life changing to so many service users who are both at high risk of Type II and service users who have been diagnosed with Type II Diabetes.

The Candidate:
·       We are looking for someone with fantastic communication skills.
·       You are empathetic and have a great sense of awareness to environmental surroundings of people.
·       It is also important for you to demonstrate accountability and own customer situations.
·       You have good customer service skills and experience and can build relationships with people.

An opportunity to grow: Successfully completing your 6 month probation brings an amazing opportunity to become trainer competent within your work area and a salary increase to £19,500. On top of this you have the chance to earn a monthly bonus after 3 months.

Working hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, however in every 4 week period two of your shifts will be 11am-7pm. You will also work one Saturday every 4 weeks but we make sure you have the following Friday off, meaning you get to enjoy a 3 day weekend!
