We are looking to work with ambitious and talented individuals to help us grow our Digital Marketing Company to superstardom!
This role is for people who qualify for the government Kickstart scheme. To qualify for the scheme you will need to be:
Available 25 hours per week
Currently on Universal Credit
We can increase this position to a full time role at 37.5 hours per week based on your performance.
We will also be looking to make positions permanent at the end of the initial 6-month Kickstart scheme based on your performance.

We are a collective of young(ish) entrepreneurs running a digital marketing Company in the Great City of Birmingham. We are self-starters who get stuff done and pull together as a squad to achieve amazing things.
We work with local business brands across the West Midlands, helping to scale their businesses through creative-led and data-driven social media marketing campaigns.
We work with multiple brands from a colorful variety of sectors including health, beauty, sportswear, fashion, kids toys and more.
We are looking for a hard working individual with a passion for social marketing to assist with our marketing activities in order to establish our online presence across all platforms.
You will be directly supporting our Operations Manager in creating content across multiple platforms for both paid and organic online platforms.
Here’s an overview of the day-to-day:
Capturing behind the scene footage of our day to day work
Creating informative content for all our social media platforms
Building a following online by engaging with other pages and channels
Assisting with the running of influencer and UGC campaigns.
Working with our editors and designers to curate content
Keeping a calendar of content scheduled across all online platforms
Analyzing the data on what marketing strategies are working best
Working to our brand guidelines and keeping these up to date
Helping to establish a company culture via our online presence
In a nutshell.. You will be the backbone of helping us to grow our agency through good solid content!
