Reception / Administration / Stock Controller Job in Barnsley, South Yorkshire at Elite Door Solutions Ltd

Barnsley, South Yorkshire, Contract £10k - £15k

Fixed term 1 year to cover Maternity leave with a view to becoming permanent. 30 hours a week with a possibility to increasing to 40 should the workload require

Reception duties including answering calls, administration, weekly checks such as first aid supplies, COVID compliance.

Assisting with lower level accounts, matching delivery notes to invoices, inputting invoices onto Sage, transactional postings, becoming responsible for purchase leger with a view to learn the Sales ledger also.

Stock control, booking in stock,  allocation of stock to projects, visual stock checks monthly.

Raising sales orders on Sage, dispatching paperwork for deliveries


Elite Door Solutions is a family feel bespoke door manufacturing company who is increasing in size. We have recently moved premises to accommodate an increase in sales with a projected increase year on year. We are looking for the right candidate initially to cover maternity leave with a view to possible permanent position.
