We are currently recruiting on behalf of a client based in the Colne area who are looking to recruit a Customer Service candidate. The vacancy will be recruited on a temporary to permanent basis and the successful candidate must have at least 2 year’s previous customer service experience.

• Liaising with internal and external customers regarding pricing, products, and delivery information
• Preparation of quotations
• Developing customer relationships
• Clarification and progressing of orders
• Dealing with telephone enquiries and any customer complaints
• Sending out email confirmations to clients.
• Helping in other areas during busy periods.
• Hours of work Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm
