Catering Supervisor Job in Salisbury at Salisbury Cathedral

We are currently looking for experienced Catering/Retail Supervisor to join our team here at exceptional venue at Salisbury Cathedral. This exciting opportunity would suit someone who enjoys customer service, working in the fast paced environment, all in the center of one of England’s ‘must-see’ historical attractions.

We offer 30 hours contract and pay rate of £11.42. Please note, in order to apply for this job you must be available Mon-Sun 9.30am-5.30pm

Overall purpose of the role:

To supervise a motivated, trained team with the appropriate skills to ensure budget targets are achieved. To be customer focused and financially astute to achieve company and client objectives. To support the Retail Manager in all areas in order to deliver a great customer experience. To excel in the areas of operational excellence, financial performance and customer / client satisfaction to achieve company and client objectives within all Company policies, procedures and guidelines.

Key responsibilities:

Client Sales and Marketing

· Ensure all company promotion are correctly implemented (where applicable)

· Ensure all products are correctly priced in line with client specifications

· Identify any additional opportunities and discuss with line manager

· Action plans are completed following consumers satisfaction surveys

· Ensure the restaurant is set up to necessary standard

· Ensure all customer requirements are delivered in line with the expectation

Consumer Sales and Marketing
