We are looking for someone with good IT skills and has ideally some admin or office experience and can easily pick these up

Main duties of the role will include:

·         Account management of one client

·         Answering of inbound telephone calls from the end user help desk

·         Logging all calls

·         Contact with engineers

·         Conduct customer quotations

·         Updating and maintain internal system

·         Log on to out side portal to update call outs

·         Act as a key account manager for key customers as required.

·         You must be an excellent team player.

·         Develop customer relationships and provide excellent customer service while fulfilling the overall needs of the customers.
