We are a busy repair garage based in Barking, London. Customers love us because we are great at what we do – when they come to us we sort it out swiftly and efficiently with our technicians who are renowned for their skill, experience and expertise.

We conduct repairs, servicing and MOT for all kinds of vehicles and at this time it has become very busy that a customer service officer is required.

We are looking for a Customer Service Adviser and administrative officer to process jobs, enter invoices, respond to emails, answer the phones, greet customers and more.

The ideal candidate will have impeccable communications skills, be intelligent and quick to learn and have strong MS-Windows computer skills (this is absolutely essential) You will be using sophisticated systems essential to the role where full training is provided but you must be able to learn and understand swiftly . It’s an office based role Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm with alternate Saturdays. . Previous office experience in a customer facing role is essential and you should enjoy selling as every job is selling in one way or another. The job satisfaction is beyond anything you could imagine and you will learn more here in a month than years anywhere else.
