We are currently recruiting for an administrator / Customer Service for a client based in Egham.

Working hours are 08:30 to 17:30 with flexibility for the businesses needs.

Duties will include:
– Speaking to customers on the phone
– Replying to emails
– Setting up work for regulatory matters
– Splitting and matching paperwork
– Sending docs to third party customers around the world
– Photocopying documents

Skill Set:
– Good eye for detail will be essential
– Good and professional telephone manner (regularly speaking to lawyers and people from the pharmaceutical sector)
– Minimum 2 years office experience
– Knowledge of outlook and word
