Kingdom Homes are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant who will fully support all areas of finance within the company including credit control, purchase ledger and payroll. Within this role the employee should be able to record, process and reconcile individual accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar role and be proficient in the use of both Sage 50 Accounts and Sage 50 Payroll in addition to Microsoft Word and Excel. The post requires someone with strong communication skills and experience of dealing with customers and external suppliers. They must have good time management skills and be able to meet strict deadlines whilst working both individually and in an already established team. The position is normally based at our HO in Kirkcaldy however during a lockdown the candidate would be working from home.
Hours – Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.Closing date – 05/02/2021
