We are looking for a Manager who has a high level of service knowledge and a passion to look after our regulars in beautiful surroundings with excellent fresh food with a comforting atmosphere
You will lead the team from the front by passing on your knowledge of service standards, whilst at the same time building a key relationship with the kitchen team to ensure the food served is of the highest standard.

We serve homemade food which brings people together – over coffee, over communal tables, over all-day menus and feel good vibes. Our restaurant has a bright, artistic feel with an Artist in Residence scheme and various creative events. We are looking for a Manager who would embrace this and make it their own with their passion, creativity and welcoming vibes.
Cafe Manager Role Overview:
Manage the day to day smooth running of the restaurant and the floor whilst maintaining (along with the Head Chef) high health & safety and hygiene standards.
Office support with rota writing, stocktaking and ordering.
To ensure the customers experience is maintained at all times to the highest standard from front and back of house.
To continuously work towards improving sales and service by taking an active and creative role in building our profile via events, promotions and online presence.
To raise the bar in customer service, supporting and managing the performance of the team by listening, training and mentoring.
Being commercially aware and understanding how decisions impact the wider business
What we are looking for:
Someone with an open, engaging and humble personality who has the confidence to be the face of Sam’s Café Primrose Hill.
The ideal Manager will have a strong background in running busy and versatile environment whilst inspiring their colleagues to provide personal, informed and prompt service.
Experience of Planday and Lightspeed or the ability to learn.

A clear and concise communicator with the ability to multi-task.
