We are looking for an office Administrator to assist in our Property company at Stoke-on-Trent. The role requires professionalism, initiative, multi-tasking and excellent communication skills – both verbal and written. Equally important are enthusiasm, commitment, a friendly manner and the ability to work as part of a team.

This is a Part time position with flexible work hours . Previous experience as an administrator would be an advantage.

Duties will include:

Dealing with all day-to-day property management issues

· Answering the phones

· Making appointments

· Booking maintenance call outs

· Managing tenant referencing and ID checks

· Drawing up contracts

· Dealing with Property Utility issues and liaising with the Provider.

· Preparing invoices

· Maintaining renewals of all property certificates and compliance checks.

· Update company website, blogs and social media.

· Support accounts team as and when needed.
