Youth Support Worker Job in Braintree, Essex at Capital Children’s Care Ltd

To work in a three bedded home in Braintree.

To work with children between the ages of 7 to 18 who require 24 hour residential care with emotional and behavioural difficulties.

We need a consistent and caring adult as a good role model to support our young people and contribute to the all round development of each young person to aim towards and achieve greater independence and to prepare them for adulthood.

Play an important role in promoting and maximizing the capabilities of the young people, including the learning and safety aspects and all key areas of development for all individuals living at the home.

To be jointly responsible for the safeguarding of the young people in our care, with a requirement that you adhere to all relevant safeguarding policies and procedures.

Experience would be desired however training will be provided for the right candidates.

NVQ3 desirable

Driver desirable

Must be over the age of 22
