Transport Co-Ordinator Job in Brome, Suffolk at Diss Grab Hire Limited

We are currently looking to recruit a Transport Coordinator for the running of our grab lorries, Duties to include; Liasing with customers with orders and queries, coordinating and planning of routes, taking calls and emails, ordering materials for collection, collation of daily running sheets and tickets to prepare for invoicing, dealing directly with drivers and supporting them in their role, monitoring debt and debt collection, dealing with repair and maintenance of the vehicles and upkeep of equipment, assisting the Transport Manager of his duties as required, general office duties.

Ideally, you are;

Transport Manager experienced

Experienced in the planning and routing of vehicles

Excellent IT skills

Highly organised and self sufficient but able to work as a team

To have a good geographical knowledge of East Anglia

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From £12.00 per hour, pay negotiable to the right candidate
