Join Dawsongroup Tectoniks as a Shop Floor Operative!

Location: Shrewsbury
Starting wage: £ Competitive + Overtime Available
Working Hours: 8.30 am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday & 8.30am to 15.30pm Fridays.
Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Manual handling and lifting of materials
Operating, maintaining, and monitoring light manufacturing machinery
Acquiring and maintaining specialist knowledge of products and production processes
Occasional site work and installation of units at third-party locations
Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations
Assisting with ad-hoc duties as needed

What We Are Looking For:

Holds a valid driving license
Has experience in a similar manufacturing environment
Demonstrates strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic
Capable of working independently with initiative and care
