Sales Manager Job in Southend on Sea, Essex at Sourced Associates

We require a sales manager to join our dynamic team at our busy Southend agency. The role would be to work with our clients on our outsourcing projects and our events side of the business. Selling exhibition space and sponsorships for our Aesthetic and menopause events across the U.K. We are looking for someone who really wants to fulfil their potential but has a good understanding of a sales role with a proven track background.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who is good at building a strong relationship with customers and prospecting and developing the client list.

Responsibilities:

Execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
Meet with new clients, deal with in coming enquires.
Communicate our core marketing messages by selling in our services and events to our database.
Prepare proposals.
Make phone calls.
Use CRM system.

Qualifications:
A degree in life would be handy.
Common sense a must.
Be a team player.
Bring new ideas to the table.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Hours to be confirmed, however we work a four-day week. Basic pay and commission-based on experience additional performances bonuses.
