We are looking for an experienced Administrator with substantial office experience to work with our Construction Estimator and the Owner of MP Refurbishment to assist with the administration of quotes and tenders during the pricing, preparation and submission phase. This role will also be responsible for the administrative responsibilities for tenders and large quotes once they are awarded and various adhoc administrative duties. Prior experience in the Construction Industry would be extremely beneficial.  We are in a rural location near Lingfield area and independent transport would be required.

This role is not suitable for part-time, flexible working or job share. It is a 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday – in the office position.

Providing administrative support to the Construction Estimator and Owner of MP Refurbishment for quoting and tendering on jobs and adhoc responsibilities as required

Liaising with clients, contractors and suppliers

Administrative responsibility for tenders and large quotes from award date until closure

Administrative responsibility for Safe Contractor Accreditation


Strong administration skills, organisational skills and attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to prioritise, multi-task and work to deadlines in a busy office

Efficient keyboard skills and ability to use Word and Excel is essential

Numerically competent


Salary commensurate based on experience
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm including a paid lunch hour
Paid weekly on Friday
We are closed over the Christmas holidays

22 days of annual leave plus 8 bank holidays (9 BH for 2022) (pro-rated based on term of contract)
