Maintenance DIY Mobile Engineer

We are looking to employ a full time general maintenance DIY type engineer to service day to day issues with our clients apartments throughout England.

The area covered would be from Ipswich to Sunderland and across to Carlyle and back down to the northwest, the majority of the sites are based Northwest, Leeds and Derby.

The successful candidate must have a clean driving licence and be capable of performing tasks like swapping failed sink taps, changing washing machines, repairing door handles repairing water leaks, etc.

The candidate will be issued a van that can be taken home, with specialist tools supplied, fuel card, mobile phone, tablet for logging into jobs, Normal working hours 8am – 5.30Pm 5 days a week, all overtime and travel paid.

There maybe the occasional out of town works, then the hotels will be paid for by company with expense’s.

We are a long established company that has broken into this sector of work which is ever expanding.

Salary based on experience but starting at £28k plus Holidays.
