DMR Plumbing and Heating, are looking for a new team member to join our growing fast paced team. You will be the first point of contact for all new and existing customer enquires. You will be forward thinking and able to work under pressure maintaining a high customer standard.
Our customers are the at the heart of our business and we would like to find someone passionate and as committed as we are!
Key responsibilities:
You will be responsible to answer telephone calls and respond to emails within the same working day.
Build relationship’s with our loyal landlords and letting agencies.
To be confident making outbound calls to arrange appointments with tenants and customers.
We are looking for someone with a positive and assertive attitude, able to work under pressure, manage their own work loads and prioritise daily tasks.
You will also be involved in the operations of our teams diaries. This consists of arranging scheduled works, accepted quotations and booking appointments. Therefore, time management skills will be key for this role. This will also lead to learning more about the plumbing and heating industry, arranging materials with suppliers and monitoring stock levels, which you will be fully supported by the Office Manager and Director.
The role is fully IT supported, so you will need to be familiar with Microsoft Office packages, such as word, teams and excel.
Previous customer service experience is ideal but not essential, as full training will be provided. We are looking for someone committed to customer service and providing a fully satisfied experience.
The role is permanent on a full time basis. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Overtime is available but not expected.

Your experience will include:
- Proven administrative skills
- Hold a customer focus/engagement personality
- Working under pressure and to deadlines
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- IT skills with a good knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft packages
- Good organisation and time keeping skills.
- Previous relevant experience in a similar role would be an advantage but full training will be provided.

- Pay: £10.00-£13.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
