Chef

We are looking for an enthusiastic chef to join out kitchen team. The role will include managing busy sections of the kitchen, working together as a team to assist with menu prep, always making sure the kitchen is clean and compliant with all health, food and safety regulations.

The successful candidate will be working closely as a team with the head chef, this is a great opportunity for someone who would like to learn and progress in their career.

The Glan yr Afon / Riverside is a community owned pub and restaurant which has undertaken a complete refurbishment of 4 bedrooms. It is located in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park, nestled in the middle of the Welsh coastal walking path between Machynlleth and Aberdyfi. The bar, restaurant and outside garden area is currently open 7 days a week.

We are a growing business with excellent prospects for the right person, we are offering competitive rates of pay dependant on experience.
Full and part time.
