We are seeking a dynamic, organised, and motivated Administrator, Circulation, and Marketing Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting our operational, communication, and marketing functions.

The Role:
This is a varied role that combines administration, coordination, and marketing responsibilities. The successful candidate will work closely with both the TAC and DSA teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while driving engagement and awareness through targeted communication and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Administration:
Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
Oversee the membership database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Support the team with event planning, training session coordination, and accreditation processes.
Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and members, acting as the first point of contact.

Circulation:
Coordinate the distribution of newsletters, publications, and other communications to members and stakeholders.
Maintain and manage mailing lists, ensuring efficient circulation processes.

Marketing:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote training programs, memberships, and events.
Create and schedule content for social media channels, email newsletters, and the website.
Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, suggesting improvements where necessary.
Support the design and production of promotional materials, both print and digital.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in administration and/or marketing roles.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing, Canva, or similar design tools).
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.

Desirable:

Experience in the construction or training industry is an advantage but not essential.
