When you feel the time has come to consider a Home Care Service, naturally you may feel apprehensive. We wish to provide peace of mind from the outset by helping you to choose the correct care that your situation requires by comprehensively assessing and planning your care needs. This will be done after listening carefully to your views and preferences.

Once your Care Plan is in place, we will observe its effectiveness in helping you to continue to live independantly. Our service is very flexible and can be adjusted at any time to reflect your changing health requirements.

We will review the service initially after 6 weeks to see if any adjustments are required.

Thereafter, we continue to monitor and review the service regulary (at least twice yearly). We continuously encourage you to express your opinions regarding service delivery which enables us to improve and maintain standards.
