Vital are a major support services provider, completing enhancement, renewal and maintenance projects for the Railway industry.

Vital Human Resources Ltd (Vital) is a dedicated recruitment business. Our three operating divisions, Vital Rail, Vital Resources and Vital Solutions, deliver high calibre blue-collar and white-collar personnel.

For over 30 years, we have built long-term partnerships with clients. The foundation of our business, 70% of our turnover is generated by clients we have worked with for 20 years or more. Our partnership approach provides a mutually beneficial environment where trust, investment and innovation are key.

In 2013, we were acquired by the Morson Group and are an integral part of the Group’s rail and infrastructure capability.

With 13 strategically positioned offices located across the country, we provide our clients with the benefit of a national network of skilled personnel combined with local expertise, filling over 100,000 shifts per year.

We were the first company in Europe to implement Oracle’s ‘Peoplesoft’ software, investing over £1.6 million in additional development, on innovative technology to competency and resource management that provides us and our clients with real-time fatigue management and rostering solution.

We’ve been driving the UK’s infrastructure projects forward with the right people for over 30 years.
