The Claret Jug at Dungannon Golf Club has only been in business for 18 months, yet in that short space of time it has established itself, serving food of the highest quality at very reasonable prices. Dishes are full of flavour, using top quality seasonal ingredients which are sourced as locally as possible. Cooking, under the direction of Head Chef, Prince, takes on a modern style with a creative edge and original flavour combinations.
