About the Company
Responsibilities;
Prepare and cut different types of meats, including beef, pork, chicken
Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
Trim excess fat and remove bones from cuts of meat
Portion and package meat products for delivery/storage
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the meat preparation area
Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding ordering needs
REQUIREMENTS;
** Proven experience as a meat cutter/butcher or similar role required**
In depth knowledge of different cuts of meat and their characteristics
Strong knife skills and ability to use meat processing equipment safely
Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate portioning and trimming
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
Good communication skills.
