About the Company

We are a charity (SC041153) founded and led by health care workers. We’ve been active since 2008 and work all across Scotland. Our programmes include volunteer run programmes in schools, training initiatives and programmes staffed by paid support workers, such as Navigator, in hospitals. Our values are integrity, compassion and empowerment and these are reflected in our approach to working with the people we support and to our staff team. We encourage staff to develop and on the job training will be provided.
