Our care staff recruitment process and selection criteria enable us to satisfy healthcare industry standards and regulatory requirements.

We employ rigorous compliance procedures, which include face-to-face interviews, DBS/CRB checks, evidence of relevant training, professional registration (NMC) verification, and at least two satisfactory references, which means that we are able to select quality staff for all assignments.
